Login
- Open your web browser and navigate to the system URL
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click “Login”
After Login
Section titled “After Login”- The system will display the Dashboard based on your role
- Agents will see the Collection Workspace
- Supervisors will see the Dashboard + Campaign pages
Phone Mode Settings
Section titled “Phone Mode Settings”After first login, configure your phone mode:
- WebRTC — Call through the web browser (recommended)
- IP Phone — Use a desk IP phone
Forgot Password
Section titled “Forgot Password”Contact your Admin to reset your password.
